A few things to note before you order:

Shipping Begins in October: Tubers will start heading out from early October. We’ll hold off on sending anything until we’re confident each tuber has at least one visible eye—so some orders may take a little longer to leave the farm. It’s worth the wait.

Each One Checked by Hand: All tubers are individually inspected before packing. We take pride in sending strong, healthy stock.

Living Plant Material: While we strive for perfection, the nature of live plants means that occasionally, a variety may become unavailable. If this happens, we’ll contact you to discuss alternatives or refunds.

Our Cart Doesn’t Reserve Stock: Adding something to your cart doesn’t hold it—your order is only confirmed once payment has gone through.

Shipping Restrictions: Due to quarantine regulations, we aren’t able to ship to Western Australia, Northern Territory or Tasmania.

On Arrival

Check Your Order Promptly: Please open your parcel as soon as it arrives and let us know within 48 hours if there’s anything wrong. Photos help us understand what’s happened.

After Delivery: Once your tubers have arrived safely, what happens next is up to your soil, weather, timing, and storage. We can’t take responsibility for issues that arise after delivery, but we’re always happy to help with growing advice if you need it.
