Shipping Policy – Pod Flower Farm

We currently ship within Australia only. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to Western Australia, Tasmania, or the Northern Territory due to quarantine restrictions.

Order Processing & Shipping
All orders are dispatched via Australia Post. Once your parcel has been posted, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
Please note that we are not responsible for any delays or non-delivery once your parcel is in the hands of Australia Post.

We’re unable to combine orders after they’ve been placed, so please double-check your cart before checking out.

Farm Pick-Up
We do not offer farm pick-up for any online orders, including dahlia tubers, ranunculus corms, or seeds. If you're local and interested in future on-farm shopping opportunities, we recommend joining our mailing list for updates.

Cut Flowers
Pre-ordered cut flowers may be collected from the farm during the flowering season. Details will be provided at the time of ordering.

2025 Postage & Handling

Seeds and corms are based on weight with a maximum of $12.50 per order
Postage is calculated based on the number of dahlia tubers ordered:

• 1–2 tubers = $12.50

• 3–5 tubers = $17.00

• 6–20 tubers = $25.00

• 21–40 tubers = $35.00

• 41+ tubers = $40.00

Separate postage rates will apply for ranunculus corms and seed packets. These will be calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart.
